The home of carpet manufacturing in the UK is Kidderminster, set in beautiful countryside south west of Birmingham.

From here, for decades, all types of carpets have been made and sold throughout the world. Now as the carpet industry declines. TigerTurf has brought new life to the town, employing many experienced operators and generating a new industry.

Artificial grass manufacture uses the same machines as conventional carpet tufting, adapted to the longer lengths required in many products. The skills learnt by generations over the years are transferable, ensuring TigerTurf's young company has probably more experience than most of its competitors.

On site, TigerTurf has machines capable of manufacturing dense short pile carpets, long, open fibred carpets and a capacity for the equivalent of 300 soccer pitches a year. Each roll of TigerTurf is tufted, backed and tested in house to ensure the highest quality at all times.

TigerTurf chooses the most advanced yarns from leading suppliers as well as specialist producers to create a full range of artificial grass for most sports and leisure requirements.
