Concord University Starts Season on Conference's "Best Surface"

A new roar is being heard throughout North and Latin America as global synthetic turf manufacturer TigerTurf makes its way into the continents' playing fields, including West Virginia's Concord University.
Sports Construction Group installed the school's new sub base and high performance TigerTurf system in summer, 2006, replacing a worn grass field.
Greg Quick, athletic director and head football coach for Concord University said "one of the reasons we went with SCG was to ensure a good base. Their previous field expertise was critical to our choice."
Quick added, "SCG's performance was excellent. They were very professional and we'd definitely work with them again."
Regarding the TigerTurf advance synthetic turf system, Quick state, "The final product is great. It exceeds my expectations."
