Specialty sport field contractor Sports Construction Group (SCG) proudly announces its latest synthetic turf partner, TigerTurf, global manufacturer of technologically advanced synthetic turf products.

Through the partnership, SCG customers will be able to choose from TigerTurf's wide range of custom, FIH, FIFA, IRB & ITF approved and high quality multi-use systems, in addition to other synthetic products installed by SCG.

"We're impressed with TigerTurf - the technology the company has developed, the product superiority, the breadth of product line - even custom systems," said Jim Savoca, SCG Executive Vice President.

"By partnering with TigerTurf we can offer our customers high quality, affordable turf at whatever level they're seeking," he added.

Charles Fleishman, director of TigerTurf, said he views the partnership as a great opportunity for both companies. "SCG has a reputation for building high quality field systems throughout North America. We want to complement their level of service with turf products that have a reputation world-over for high performance, season after season."

Sports Construction Group and TigerTurf have already completed their first synthetic turf projects together at Concord University, Athens, Va., and New Canaan High School, New Canaan, Conn.

TigerTurf, headquartered in New Zealand with wholly-owned subsidiaries in the Americas, Australia, the United Kingdom and Germany, manufactures turf systems for nearly every sport on grass, including football, soccer, baseball, field hockey, lacrosse, rugby and tennis.

Sports Construction Group specializes in high quality sport field systems and has been chosen by the New York Yankees, Notre Dame University, the Baltimore Ravens and numerous other elite teams nationwide. The company, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, installs both natural and synthetic turf field systems.
